1. Reservations Policy

• Accuracy: When making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate contact details (name, phone number, and email).

• Hold Times: Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your reserved time. If you run late, please call the restaurant directly.

• Cancellations: We kindly request that you cancel or modify your booking at least 24 hours in advance. For large groups or special events, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

2. Dining & Service Charges

• Pricing: All prices on our online menu are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to change without notice.

• Taxes and Fees: In accordance with local regulations, all dine-in bills are subject to a 10% service charge and 6% SST (Sales and Service Tax).

3. Website Use & Intellectual Property
